Unai Emery‘s side are on the path to their 5th consecutive Premier League win when they face Watford at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday. The midweek 3-1 Carabao Cup triumph over Brentford gives them their 6th straight win in all competitions.
The Hornets start the game week in the 4th position, but the Gunners will be looking overtake them in the Premier League table. The Gunners kept their first clean sheet under Unai Emery against Everton but it was almost completely due to Petr Cech. His side’s defence continues to be a work in progress and Watford will surely pose a physical test for it.
Arsenal: Sokratis Papastathopoulos is available for selection after overcoming a dead leg which forced him off against Everton.
Watford: Christian Kabasele is available after his red card, in the Carabao Cup tie against Tottenham, was repealed. Troy Deeney is also available for selection following his knock against Fulham.
Arsenal: Cech | Bellerin, Sokratis, Mustafi, Monreal | Xhaka, Torreira, Ramsey, Ozil, Aubameyang | Lacazette
Watford: Foster | Navarro, Cathcart, Kabasele, Holebas | Docoure, Capoue, Hughes, Pereyra | Gray, Deeney
Arsenal: Alexandre Lacazette has been involved in 5 goals in his last 5 matches for the Gunners. The French striker will be the prime candidate to ripple the Watford net.

Watford: Former Juventus midfielder Roberto Pereyra has been the main man going forward for Watford with 3 goals in 6 matches in the Premier League.
Arsenal 3 – 2 Watford: Although Watford have had a flying start to the Premier League, they seemed to have lost form, and are now without a win in their last 3 matches. The Gunners, on the other hand, have won their last 6 matches after losing their first 2 and will likely continue their fine form and beat the Hornets.
