He is still recovering from his knee injury but should be back to fitness in the next few days as Manager Maurizio Sarri deemed the injury “Not Serious”.
The Former Arsenal midfielder will find it exceptionally difficult to break into the side as the Midfield trio of Mateo Kovacic, N’Golo Kante and Jorginho is doing very well for Chelsea at the Moment. AC Milan have reportedly been interested in Fabregas since his early Arsenal days.
Milan has a History of picking up out of favor Chelsea Players, Signing then Chelsea record Signing Fernando Torres on Loan in 2014. Recently Chelsea offloaded French Midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko to the Rossoneri on an initial loan with a 35 Million pound option to buy. Milan will be looking to cash in on their healthy professional relationship with the Blues to finalize a deal.
Fabregas joined Chelsea in 2014 for 32 Million pounds and has been a mainstay at Stamford Bridge scoring 15 Goals and registering 37 Premier League assists.
