The reported fee for the transfer is €6.5 million which could reach up to €10 million with bonuses.

Jason Denayer began his career training with the Belgian club Lierse and later signed his first professional contract with English side Manchester City in 2013. “I know that OL wants to figure well on all the tables and there will be beautiful competitions to play with the championship of France where the club aims the top level but also the national cups and of course the Champions League. I come with a lot of ambitions and the desire to help the team. I am here too to regain stability after the last four seasons on loan,” he added.

Lyon takes on Strasbourg in their next Ligue 1 fixture on Saturday, 25th August.
