Mumbai Indians, who have won the Indian Premier League three times previously, are currently at the bottom of the table this year. They lost all three matches they have faced till now and RCB is no better with only one win out of three in their pocket.

Led by Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Indians will attempt to rise up through the ranks by scoring a win tonight against RCB.

RCB lost their opening match against Kolkata Knight Riders but re-entered the race with their win over Kings XI Punjab. However, they have pushed back yet again as their new found confidence did not score them a win against Rajasthan Royals on Sunday.

The last match saw the unfathomable skill of RCB’s bowlers, particularly Umesh Yadav who took three wickets in one over but were still unable to prevent Rajasthan Royals from hitting the highest total of this season. However, the match did see captain Kohli’s comeback with his first half-century of the league.

MI, on the other hand, opened the season with a loss against Chennai Super Kings and their second loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad. They got their batting mojo back in the last game against Delhi Daredevils, which didn’t prove to be enough to win. Captain Rohit Sharma’s batting talent is yet to make a stand this season.

Mumbai Indians have signed in Adam Milne as a replacement for the injured Pat Cummins and look to turn their luck tonight on their home ground.
