Paris Saint-Germain sails past Angers 3 – 1 as the feared trio of Mbappe, Cavani & Neymar find the net in the Ligue 1 match on Saturday.

Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel gave Alphonse Areola, the previous season’s first choice keeper, his first match of the season resting 40-year-old Gianluigi Buffon. Edinson Cavani, injured during the World Cup against Portugal, was also restored in the starting line-up for the first time this season after proving his match fitness.
Cavani wasted no time in finding his first goal of the season in the 13th minute after Neymar went free on the right and his pass was deflected into the path of the Uruguayan striker.
No need for VAR on this one – Angers netted against PSG from the penalty spot after a horribly clumsy challenge! pic.twitter.com/4B1EJf4FnP

Areola stopped Angers from levelling the score when he kept out former Arsenal forward Jeff Reine-Adelaide‘s header. However, Angers were rewarded for their increasing dominance with a 23rd-minute penalty which Mangani converted with ease. New signing Thilo Kehrer, making his debut after his move from Schalke 04, gave away the penalty with a cumbersome tackle on Flavien Tait.
The visitors seemed comfortable until PSG restored their lead in the 53rd minute when a majestic cross from Angel Di Maria was met by Mbappe, who buried it into the back of the net with an equally excellent finish.
The teenage World Cup winner then proceeded to set up the third goal for Neymar, trading passes with Adrien Rabiot before cutting the ball back right to the feet of the most expensive player who scored with ease.
