The Premier League Transfer Window for buying players shut on Friday but the fact that Premier League Clubs could still lose some of their top stars to other European Clubs is making the Prem nervy. But a team like Chelsea, who have a large pool of players can use this window to their advantage and offload some players either permanently or on Loan. So let’s take a look at the Top 5 Chelsea Players who could still leave Stamford Bridge.
1. Tiemoue Bakayoko
Bakayoko off the AC Milan. Good luck to the lad. A short, topsy-turvy career with Chelsea — but he's still won more silverware in England than Harry Kane has managed in his entire career. pic.twitter.com/hUSDuBVId6

The Frenchman is on his way to AC Milan on a loan deal with an apparent £35.7 Million option to buy. The former Monaco Midfielder was touted to be Nemanja Matic’s heir at Chelsea but after a promising start for the Blues it all went spiraling down for Bakayoko. It would be interesting to see how he copes with the Serie A.
2. Danny Drinkwater
The journalist @SamWallaceTel mentioned yesterday on the Sunday Supplement that Chelsea wanted a £14M loan fee for Danny Drinkwater. No wonder they got no takers. That's insane. May as well buy someone for that money.

Like Bakayoko, Drinkwater moved to Chelsea only last Summer and has found it hard to get any game time. With the arrival of Real Madrid’s Mateo Kovacic on Loan, Drinkwater will be reduced to a squad player especially considering that Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley, and Cesc Fabregas have played more often for Maurizio Sarri. A loan move to any European Club could still be on the card for the 2015/16 Premier League Champion.
3. Victor Moses

The Nigerian International was one of Chelsea’s Most crucial players under Antonio Conte, playing at Right Wing Back. Maurizio Sarri prefers a more traditional 4 at the back and with Azpilicueta deployed at Right-Back along with Pedro and Willian fighting for a starting spot on the Right Wing it’s safe to say that Victor Moses is going to get very few minutes in this Season. A loan move, especially to a team that plays with Wing-Backs may just be his best option.
4. Marcin Bulka, Lucas Piazon, Charly Musonda….. basically the whole Loan army.

Chelsea are infamous for their Loan army, a system that sees them invest in a host of Young teenagers with bags of potential and then Loan them out to other Clubs to accelerate their development, the likes of Andreas Christensen and Thibaut Courtois (Now at Real Madrid) have emerged through the System. Bulka, Musonda, Piazon, Kallas and maybe a dozen other academy players could be offloaded before the August 31st Deadline.

That’s right, extremely unlikely. That’s why Loftus-Cheek is 5th on the list. The 22-Year-Old Chelsea Academy Graduate has had a meteoric rise over the last Season or so. From being just another Youth player at Chelsea to Making the England World Cup squad, RLC has a bright future ahead of him and the Blues would be foolish to let him go on Loan.
