The UEFA Champions League is back! last night Europe’s elite were drawn in 8 Groups of 4 and these 32 teams will fight it out over the course of the Season in an attempt to be crowned Europe’s best. There were some interesting Groups drawn and a few contenders for the Group of Death as well. So check them out!

Group A

Atletico Madrid

Borussia Dortmund

Monaco

Club Brugge

Favourites to Qualify: We’re going with Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund to qualify from here. But AS Monaco has a young team and can pull off a Surprise or two.

Group B

Barcelona

Tottenham

PSV Eindhoven

Inter Milan

Favourites to Qualify: We’re Predicting Tottenham Hotspur and FC Barcelona to come out on top. But this is a little tricky as Inter Milan and PSV Eindhoven are no pushovers.

Group C

Paris St-Germain

Napoli

Liverpool

Red Star Belgrade.

Favourites to Qualify: PSG and Liverpool look good enough on Paper to Qualify but will have to be wary of free-flowing Napoli.

Group D

Lokomotiv Moscow

Porto

Schalke

Galatasaray

Favourites to Qualify: Things look very open here with all four teams with a good shot at Qualification, But we are going to go with Schalke and Porto.

Group E

Bayern Munich

Benfica

Ajax

AEK Athens

Favourites to Qualify: Bayern Munich looks like overwhelming favourites. I am going with Ajax as the Second Team.

Group F

Manchester City

Shakhtar Donetsk

Lyon

Hoffenheim

Favourites to Qualify: Manchester City definitely stands out and Hoffenheim finished as Runners-up to Bayern in the Bundesliga last Season, so I fancy them to go through.

Group G

Real Madrid

Roma

CSKA Moscow

Viktoria Plzen

Favourites to Qualify: Defending Champions Real Madrid will be expected to go through as well as last year’s Semi-Finalists Roma should progress as well.

Group H

Juventus

Manchester United

Valencia

Young Boys, Favourites to Qualify: I expect Juventus and Valencia to progress through this one. Manchester United seem to have too many issues at the moment.
